has anyone used the superchip cortex programmer? if so, what were the gains in MPG like? worth the money? if not the super chip, what brands of plug and play programmers have any of you used and what were your gains? i am not really interested in the power aspect..just the MPG....any advice on which tuner would give the best MPG gains would be appreciated..thanks...

 

If your looking for just mpg save your dough it will take a long time to get your 400.00 back.

 

I just bought the cortex for my 08 expy.

I am happy with it. Seemed to wake it up a bit.

I needed a tuner for higher grade of gas, because 87 is not available to me where I am at. I didn't want to risk anything.

As far as MPG goes, I have not run it long enough to figure out the mpg yet. Being winter, I don't even bother with figuring it anymore till summer. Plus, it is not going to be very good when I have had my foot in it all of the time. LOL
