I have been having problems with my Edge Evolution programmer for some time now. The backlight only works when it wants to, it sometimes does not come on with the truck, and recently would not program my truck. I called Edge to tell them about my dislike of this piece of $#!t. They told me that I had one of the earlier versions of the Evolutions for 04-08 F150s and that it only needed an update. Unfortunately they don't have an update readily available online for this version. They gave me a return authorization and told me to send it in and they will send me a brand new version because of my troubles. I am extremely pleased with this customer service. They may be able to keep me as a customer after all.
