Gryphon Custom Tune Dates
I'm trying to determine if my custom tunes are still waiting in the que or if they have been lost in the shuffle. I received my unit and emailed the hex code on Nov. 12,2008. Could anyone who sent their hex code around the same time please tell me your status. I have emailed PHP 3 times and tried to call several times to no avail. Thanks for any help.

Yep, when I ordered the Gryphon I paid for the tunes as well.

Yeah, I'm not really sure what happened. I ordered it around the end of august, first of September. I still have the custom tunes order sheet that I filled out and sent in. Though now I'd probably change the tuning I want a little bit if I could. The service was great, just haven't heard anything on the custom tunes yet. I'll try e-mailing again.
I just went to their website and I guess they have their own forum now. I'll try posting there. Maybe my custom tune form got misplaced or something. As far as I know everything was good.

One thing that seems to be forgotten by a large number of people that want custom tunes is that Bill needs your HEX code, or he can't even start on them. There's no way for you to get that HEX code until you actually receive the Gryphon and plug it in. Then, you have to make sure Corey or Bill gets the code and can associate it with YOUR order - by name and address.
In the past, not sending in the HEX code has been responsible for a large number of delays.
