Gryphon w/ stock truck

Was wondering how much improvement a gryphon will male to a stock truck with no mods at all? Also what tunes would you guys recommend for this? I will be buying one within the next few days, and was wondering if it would be worth it right now since my truck is still stock.

It's the last mod on my truck that I would give up! I started with the Edge and now have Bill's custom tunes. They add about 25 or so HP and improve the shifting and downshifting tremendously. My truck is stock, other than an exhaust, and all that does is sound. The tuner will make the truck really fun to drive.

I ran the canned Edge tunes for 31,000 miles and then bought an 87 Performance and 93 Performance tunes from PHP. I retained the canned Level 2 for the occasional towing I do. I run the 87 Performance the majority of time. I have 22,000 on PHPs tunes.

Sorry for all the questions, but I want to be 100% sure what I want before I buy. What exactly does the 87 and 93 performance improve on?

Too much to list, but the best things are about 25 to 30 more hp over stock, firm, quick shifts, and will downshift at almost any time you hit the pedal. Makes the truck fun to drive, and does it using the same or less fuel.
