Here are my current settings.

WOT shift
1-2 4750
2-3 4800
3-4 4500

Firmness (I don't like the kick)
-5;-7;-10

Gears
3.73

Tires
2951

Gear Lock/Unlock
1;2;3;4;1;2;3;4

I have not messed with the timing or other setting because I don't want to mess it up. Hopefully someone here already has some settings with the 37's at the best performance.

Thanks for the help in advance.

You are really defeating the purpose of the tune when you go negative on the shifts. That is where you are losing a lot of power. It allows the tranny to slip. The whole idea of the tuner is to remove most of the slippage to get the power to the ground as well as help the tranny last longer. I ran +12, +12, +9 when I had the Edge tunes. I would at least leave it on default.

^2! Those feet are way to big for your gearing!

It's kind of like you trying to apply 200 ft-lbs of torque to a bolt with a wrench that has a 4 inch handle.

what is the reference to "Gear Lock/Unlock 1;2;3;4;1;2;3;4"?

I have looked at the manual for the Edge and don't see this listed.

This is the Conv. settings. If you enter the menu you will see the gear lock unlock for all four gears.

Thanks for the advice so far. I was hoping I you all wouldn't say that. "gears". I am gonna have to do it. With all this mileage, what is the setup to go with and still climb the dunes?

Then, I am gonna push too much on the wheels and am going to need brakes too. This never ends. I will be searching again for help on brakes. Funny.

Does the +12 kick on the shifts damage components? I feel a huge jerk on the truck when I go plus side.

Your truck could be a little different but many of us have run the +12 with no adverse effect. I ran it for 31,000 miles. When I got my custom tunes I requested firm and they are. I no longer adjust the pressure. Try +3 or +6, if that is too harsh, then just leave it at the default, don't change the canned tune. I just would not go negative.

Totally agree with Bluejay on the shift firmness settings. But, since you brought it up, you could try RAISING your part throttle upshift/downshift speeds and TC lock/unlock points to the maximum. It will not hurt anything and will tend to get the engine into a slightly higher RPM range when changes occur, which should give you a bit more power.

This will have no effect on your WOT shift points. I'd raise those too. Try 1-2, 2-3 at 5000 or 5100 and set 3-4 at 4600. Set your max RPM 400 above the highest WOT shift number. But, since TC ballooning starts around 5400 rpm, don't go too much above that.

Thanks for the help guys. I will certainly try that an see how it works. Like I said, I had tried a few things here and there, but without knowing how far you can go, you can't really take full advantage of the tune. Especially with the BIG disclaimer in the manual.

Do you recommend Level 1 or 2 since I am running 87/88 with these settings?

I would run Level 2. It's a towing tune and provides the most low end torque. Level 1 is strictly a shift tune. You need some power assistance. Level 3 provides power all the way till you let off, so unless you are doing highway driving and need passing power, I would just try Level 2.

If you've got a 5.4 3v with a cai you will be running to lean on level 3. You are only to run level 2 with no romping and stomping. But if you are still running the stock air intake you will be ok to be running level 3 or level 2.
Didn't see you mention it anywhere.
