is PHP even open anymore?

i've been trying to get ahold of these guys for weeks concerning my programmer and my trucks registration which is out. i can't get it registered until i get the issue with my computer fixed.

i work 13 hours a day so all i can do is call. i've sent a few email and left all kinds of messages. what do i have to do to get up with these guys?

I was wondering the same thing. I have sent a couple of emails which haven't answered and I have tried calling them but no answer. I know they are busy, but I was just wondering if they had an estimate on when the custom tunes would arrive.

Have you tried contacting them on their forum? They were prompt and helpful with me.

I think they just got back in town and will probably need a few days to get back into things and get caught up.

They're very busy. Make a thread on the PHP Forums and you may get a quicker response. Flooding them with emails, pms, and messages wont get your answer solved any quicker because all it will do is cludder their work space.

To any of you reading this thread, they DID have phone issues (that they were not aware of) and then they had to go out of town on family matters. That took them out of the loop for 2-3 weeks.

They're back in the loop now and are talking to Crash.

If you looked through a few threads instead of being so quick to the "New Post" button, you would have found this:

Sorry but some of us don't camp the Internet all day long and do manual work. If I had more time I'm sure I would have but this took care of it just fine.

Thanks though. (by the way not trying to sound like a jackass but I work 21 days on and 4 days off 13 hours a day...kinds makes it hard if u know what I mean and when I am off all I have is an iPhone)

Just for everyone's info...

We called Josh last night but he was already asleep (you should see the crazy hours this guy keeps -- reminds me of someone I know )

Josh did get ahold of us today, though, and he and Bill are trying to figure out what's wrong.
