Edge Evo rough idle...

I got a rough idle on lvl 2 at a stop light today. Only thing I've changed was tire size. Went away after going forward to the next light. Figured it was the pcm still adjusting since I've only had it less than a week.

Should not take a week - it's just a matter of hours, usually, for Adaptive to perform most of it's refinement.

Called Edge yet?

Relief may be only one trouble-ticket away

Called yesterday about the surge...rough idle was a new one today and its only done it once.

Wow, haven't seen this thread in a while. Well I figured out what I had to do in order to have "custom" tune. I just have to reset truck to stock before having the custom options put in. I.e. can't already have level 2 installed and then try to changed custom tunes and install new tune. Have to return the stock, then go level 2, yes to custom tunes. No idea why, but my problem's fixed by doing it.

Went through the same thing with mine. But the solution you figured out would explain why I may have had so much trouble figuring out exactly what was causing my problem. Every time I would think I had it figured exactly what change was causing the problem,it would throw me a curve ball.

I ended up giving up with Edge's customer service,sending the unit back to where I bought it, and upgrading to a CS unit.

Works perfect now.
