Bought an Edge Evo this weekend and need help!
Actually more ideas than help. I already read the FAQ's thread - great stuff! I have a 2004 Screw FX4, 5.4, pretty stock except 265/70/17's, a K&N air filter (still working on the cold air intake) and a Magnaflow exhaust system. I would like to know what works best for everyone else. It is mainly a daily driver, not very far from the office, but 8 to 10 times a year pull the boat (4,500 lbs inc. trailer) or a load of quads somewhere. Just looking for a little better response and shift points / stiffness. Let me know what your settings are and also if there is something I really need to know that was not covered in the FAQ's area. Thanks!

It needs to be put back to stock so when you use it it can update itself to your hex code and save your stock pcm program. If it hasn't been put back to stock it will be useless to you.
It is also a way that they make sure you don't buy one, program your pcm, then let you buddy do him, and so on and so on.
I have a Gryphon (which is a modified Edge from PHP) and am running 94 octane in the 93 performance canned tune (until I get my custom tunes). My current custom settings are below:
WOT Fuel: 1.00
Timing Advance: 1.25
Shift Firmness: +10 +10 +4
Now I think Bill does some voodoo on the gryphon canned tunes but am of the understanding they are pretty much the same.
Your milage may vary. I know for me I will never want to drive it stock again if I can help it!
