How long did it take for you to get your X3 from Troyer Performance or 5 Star tuning?
I have read that some people have waited up 11 months for an X3 from Troyer. I was going to order one from Troyer but if it takes that long I think I will try 5 Star tuning. My Superchips 1714 is not doing the job any more since I put my Pacesetter Lt's on and I plan on adding some cams and a sc in the future so I think the X3 will be best.
Or what about Power Hungry Performance?

 

VMP and PHP are worth looking into.

how long have you been running that cai w/o custom tunes on your 04?

 

sence the truck had 20 miles on it . I have checked the plugs after installing the cai and it was not to lean. the superchips 1714 was able to compinsate enough for the cai.

After reading these post and some others on this site. Then doing some reading and studying on some tuners sites. I believe I will be ordering an X3 from VMP.

 

VMP did not take long at all, great service as well as great tunes!

 

Also recommend VMP Tuning, great results and turn around time. It only took a couple of weeks to get my Xcal3. I know on their website you can select an "expedite" option if you need it fast.

 

Got my Xcal3 from VMP in two weeks. I've seen that the differences between Troyer and VMP is pretty much nil. Just the wait time is like 3 months longer.

WOW!! Ordered X3 from VMP this morning and received my UPS tracking number ten minutes ago. Talk about quick service. Oh I did use the expedite service but still, tracking number say it will be here Thurs. WOW!!!!!!VMP ROCKS
