It all depends on what you are wanting to get out of your truck. What it lists it can do on paper looks great. But realistically people are spending on upwards of $600 beans to get what it says it can do. You have to ask, are you able to change any of the settings? 3-6 mpg savings is a stretch. On that alone, it wouldn't sit on the shelf for 60-90 dollars. To me, I'd be wary. Sounds to good for such a low cost. Also, not that I've researched the product, never heard of it or talked about it on these forums as of late.

Sorry, misread the Ford Gas mpg savings. 7-10 plus mpg savings. I'm ordering it now, not. BE WARY.

haha im sorry but that thing is a joke. I dont know alot about chips and what not but 50 hp and tq off of canned tunes for 1990-2010.....most people with custom tunes see what maybe 20 or 25? correct me if I am wrong on that point, but there is no way it gets you that much hp tq and mpg savings. If it is true I would buy one though...lol

I just clicked on some random vehicles and they all say the same numbers....I only saw one where the throttle response was different...

Step 1: Go to Radio Shack
Step 2: Buy resistor for 50 cents
Step 3: Install in truck
Step 4: Enjoy

It's probably like all those scam boxes they sell on ebay that are only a resistor in the MAF wire to make the PCM think cold air is coming in.

In other words, save your money.

I could have come in with advice like I've given in the past - "Buy three or four of them, hook them in series, and 'make' gas to sell back to the pump!"

Uh - Wacki, I don't think there was any "insult" or unhappiness expressed in the exchange between 88racing and MGDfan, so I'm not sure I understand what you are saying here. Regardless, let's not create any friction when it's not called for. MGDfan, Shotgunz and 88racing simply seem to have fun trading "barbs" back and forth. They enjoy it and it doesn't hurt anyone.

I will try to refrain from interjecting some humor into our forum from now on.
Sorry if I interrupted the educational continuum on this forum.
