i bought a gryphon programmer about 9 weeks ago and still do not have the custum tune for it. i emailed corey over a week ago and have not heard back from him yet. im not in any hurry to get it but was wondering if anyone has got their tune or heard from them lately on a wait?

 

The same happened with me. I bought my programmer in may and just got my tune in august. I know they had a busy summer with a move to a different location and Corey was out sick and had surgery I believe, plus they have had tons of other things going on.

I won't make excuses for them, they should probably consider chaning the wait for custom tunes, but I will tell you to relax.. PHP tunes are worth it. My truck is much different with a custom 87 than the canned 91.

I wish it didn't take so long but good things are usually worth the wait. Bill also helped me load the tune because Edge had just made some update changes. He was able to help me get my tune loaded right away.

Sorry no sympathy from my post only some advise..........
I've read to many a thread like this one and I have a built up a thick skin to threads like these.
There's not one of us on this forum who can do anything for you.

It's up to you to keep on trying.

 

for sure call them, posting up here isn't going to help you get your tune...

 

im not trying to get any sympathy nor do i expect this to make me get my tune faster. like i said i am in no hurry or rush to get it, simply wondering if anyone has any idea on a wait time or recieved one lately
