Chip arrived last week, installed saturday. Spent about 3 hours on the install - removed the battery to make it easier to get to the computer harness, *thoroughly* cleaned the contacts, bent the bracket holding the computer to allow clearance for the chip. I took my time and it was well worth it.

The truck fired up fine the first time.

Took it for a test drive, and holy crap! what a difference.

The truck is way more responsive, and now it shifts like it should have from the start.

The only problem is now I see myself putting the miles on more quickly 'cause it's so fun to drive.

Oh, did I mention I was happy with the performance of the Superchip?

Darn, looks like I forgot something at the store <grabs truck keys> gotta run!

Hi Screwed in NC,

Glad to hear you're enjoying it!

I have to confess, since we picked up our new F-150's, we'll use any excuse to go drive, especially after a modification, we know just how you feel, all too well!

Have fun & thanks for your post.
