2010 F150 TUNER question

HELLO ALL,
First time posting, Bought an 2010 F150 5.4L with 60k from a mutual friend who ran across it in a trade. Speedometer is 10MPH fast (says 60 but really going 50)
Been around alot of fords and the shift points on this one are odd/irregular (quick shifting), also has a little more juice in the throttle when you mash it. it seems to me that is may have been tuned/chipped/programmed before.

I have an OBD2 scanner you can buy from AutoZone. But not sure if there is any way possible for me to tell if it is the Stock tune or it is aftermarket.

What would happen if i were to purchase another aftermarket programmer for my truck?

Any IDEAS

Before you could use another programmer, you would have to go to a dealer and get your PCM/TCM flashed back to stock if it's got a non-stock tune in it now.

I have a 2010 f-150 4x4 5.4l 3v.. It's a 6 speed tranny.. After a few trips to the dealer they claim it's because of the 6 speed transmission quirks.. i.e. my 1st-2nd shift is super quick unless you have it nailed off the line.. and downshifting is a nightmare, it kicks like a mule when downshifting.

Have your dealer research TSB's and see if any apply to you. You may just need an update to fix the shifting issues.
