Well guys, no matter how you do it, once you use the 93 performance tune the others will not compare. When I first loaded it and drove around casually I thought not much difference. Then I went to pass another truck and nailed it. WOW!

Nice! I still have to try out my 93 tune. I've run 87 the past two fill ups. The second time, I forgot to put 93 in there so I could run the tune. I still have 1/2 a tank left of 87

Must be nice to be able to run 93. I have to drive atleast 150 miles to find it around here. Stuck with 91 octane

I sold me SCT X3 last week so i have been running stock and ready to get the x4. Im just having a hard time picking which tunes i want.. I had 5 star, thinking i want to try another company when i order the X4

I went with morepowertuning and I am very satisfied. I would hate to have to go back to stock.

I am going to run 93 as long as I can afford it. It definitely gives that extra kick.

Kingranch, give MPT a shot. I think he is a forum sponsor and will honor a discount (around 10- 20%). MPT has been great to deal with.

Great news Joe! Glad you like the tuning.

Bought my SCT X4 today and can't wait to get my tune order in. I think I will go like this with my tunes.

87/ Eco/ stock (for long trips)
87/ Performance/ street (for normal driving)
93/ Performance/ street (for the fun times)

Thoughts?

I have a 87 performance/stock tune that I have settled on as my favorite for my situation. The 93 performance/street tune did no give me as good gas mileage and with 93 octane gas about $.40 higher per gallon it persuaded me to go with the 87 tune. The truck did perform like a beast with the 93 tune though.
