Hi firedude26,
If you mean, can you get some kind of trade-in value towards the purchase of a new Superchip with us, then yes, we have done deals like that for a number of people.
Please feel free to give us a call if you'd like to discuss the possibility of working out some kind of trade-up deal, etc., we'll be happy to try to work that out with you!
Congratulations on your next new truck, by the way!

well, first thing is ,that it was a lease and it had a few problems.
Boy do i miss the power i had, this 5.4 is a dog compared to the v-10. so that is why i need to chip this motor.
so far the mileage on this 5.4 is no better than the v-10 was (13 mpg).
Also i did not need another heavy duty truck, i have a 2000 f-350 4x4 dually with a 9'6" stake bed and a 89 f-450 dump. So i have the heavy work covered. i needed another supercab for me and the kids, when we go up north with the atv's.

Hi firedude26,
It was nice to get a chance to speak with you again today!
We have a 2001 just like your '02, a 5.4 Lariat 4X4 w/ORP & the 3.55 gears like you have, so it's a 6000 lb. tank with not much torque multiplication. The tires we get on the ORP's in combination with the 3.55 gears give us a configuration resulting on being able to do 90 mph in Overdrive at only 2400 rpm. That's just a bit "tall" on top of the 3 tons of weight it has to pull around!
The Superchip knocked a full second off our 01's 0-60 & 1/4 mile times. The mods are going very slowly on that vehicle as we're documenting mileage & performance long-term with each change. After adding the Superchip and our new Performance Products electric fan kit, it's at least a decent-running truck for it's size, weight & gearing now, much improved over stock and getting better mpg too. You'll notice those aggravating shift delays we talked about in the F-150 will be gone with the Superchip as well.
A number of us have those rather ponderous-performing ORP's, so don't feel bad, it's not too tough to wake 'em up & get decent performance from them!
I hope you enjoy your new F-150,
