Mike, I need some advice.....
I am wanting to do the A/F ratio bag test. I have a couple questions. Is this expensive to do? What type of bag works best? I assume it would need to be a zip lock.
I also have a question concerning shipping methods. After I have captured a sample of exhaust gas in the bag and sealed it, should I pack the bag with crumpled up newspaper around it or can I just toss it in a box? I also need to know if I have to mark the outside of the box as to it's contents.
And last, how long does it take you to analyze my exhaust gas for the proper A/F ratio and if I pack my chip in the same box can the spot tuning be done at the same time?
Rocks

Hi Rocks,
Ohhhh, you rascal, you are absolutely wicked!
OK, all seriousness aside, the internal packaging is not as important as the external packaging, as if you don't let the (exhaust) gas bags breathe, the mixture will go stale. This has a tendency to throw off the calibration of our moscinculators, and the time required for recalibration is significant (read: PITA), so we try to avoid that when possible. You can help this by imparting a fragrancy boosting ingredient, such as methane. That's not easy to get in anything more than tiny quantities, but if you live near a farm as we do (I know, we're lucky), then there are usually plenty of cows around that will serve as a cheap supply source. That should get it to us in a condition such that we can actually process & read for the tuning of your fans & washer jets that we spoke of recently, etc.
