Question for Mike

What is your turn-around time on chip orders. It appears that I have made a mistake in ordering my Superchip from the wrong company over a month ago, and they still have not even burn it yet. I believe that I have been more than patience with this vendor, and I am seriously considering requesting a refund, and purchasing elsewhere. Thank you,

Be aware, if I come to this desicion, I will have to let know my experiences with this vendor (by name), so they are advised as I was not.

Hi Matt,

Well, most orders generally ship the same day if they are placed with us by about 3 PM or so Eastern time, so I don't know why you would have to wait, unless it's custom (which still doesn't take anything like a month currently) or you have a new reflash or rare code that we don't have, perhaps.

If you need *custom* programming, then that usually takes a bit longer, right now it's running about a week to get custom tuning done. It just depends on how many other custom programs we have ahead of yours when it arrives, if you need custom tuning.

Unless you either need custom tuning or have some brand new and/or rare computer code that we don't have yet, there is no reason you should ever have to wait that kind of timeframe, a month is beyond silly unless there is a very specific reason, like us not having your code. However, even that can be easily solved with our new Superchips Micro Tuner for the F-150, you should check out the new thread we just posted announcing it's release!

You might want to give us a call & let's see what your code is & what the situaiton is, and then we can let you know if there is any valid reason why you should be kept waiting like that.
