My wife and I just recently purchased our first full-size pickup (2003 Supercab XLT flareside FX4) and it was one of the most enjoyable car-buying experiences ever. The Salesman we dealt with (Ron Quillen) was extremely helpful, accomodating, and not pushy by any means. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Ford vehicle. This dealership also maintains a fleet (40+) Taurus' for loaner vehicles. That's quickly becoming a rarity these days.

It's always good to read about a great experience at a reputable dealership.

Typically, one can come into this forum and read about how crappy their service was and what a bad experience that someone had but, your post was refreshing.

We all need to speak up when we have bad service but, on the flip side, we also need to speak up when someone jumps through hoops for us.

Also, might I suggest, make a call to Ford Corporate (800 # available at ford.com) and let them know about your experience. Good or bad. I call after EVERY SINGLE SERVICE APPOINTMENT. Some have been good reports, some have been average... a couple were bad but, it gives Ford Corp some feedback and, ultimately will get you better service in the long run.
