Angry I never received a survey...

Bought my truck in Feb 05' and never received a survey at all. They stated that I would be getting one in the mail. I've been told that they might be filling them out, and sending them to Ford themselves. Is it possible?

My dealership has told me that I will receive a survey every time I go in for something but I have never gotten one yet.

It should'nt be possible. Ford mails them directly to the customers home address thats used when the car is IBM'D (reported sold to Ford).

And you should get 2 surveys and up to 4.

1 for the sale

1 when you first bring your vehicle in for warranty work

and then you can recieve up to 2 more surveys per 2 years for service (i believe)

That is an outrageous allegation!

Especially considering that your particular Ford dealership happened to be the highest Rated in the entire Country.

I heard they got 102% (on everything)

I didn't get one either, bought my truck in Feb. I had my last truck in for 18 different warranty issues plus regular services and I never once received surveys.

Now that you guys mention it, I bought mine in Jan 05 and didnt get one either! wtf? I do know that they completely changed the survey starting in Jan or Feb this year so that may be where the holdup is. It is a new style, new questions, survey. We shall see.

My survey was via Phone and was placed by the dealership and not Ford.

Anytime you get warranty work done, you should receive a survey. These surveys though can really hurt your dealership & there service department. One bad survey hurts the service manager, shop forman, service writer, and mechanic. Usually everyone except for the mechanic get bonused on these surveys. I will check and see if it's possible for them to change where they get mailed to.

I purchased my truck mid Feb and received the survey mid March. The truck has been back to the dealer twice and I have not seen a survey from either of those visits.

When my truck was in an accident back in Dec. 04, my truck was at Fix Auto, about 2 weeks after i got my truck back, i got a survey in the mail. The dealership it mentioned was one i have never been to.
Im gussin it was the dealer that Fix auto had used to order the new frame.
I didn't fill that one out. Wonder what happens to the dealers when the surveys are not filled out?

My survey was mailed to my home about 3 weeks after I bought it. I took it into the dealer and gave it to the sales manager because he did me a favor on my tags. I told him to fill it out however he wanted. I also got a call about 2 weeks after buying the truck from a woman who said she worked at the Norfolk plant. She went down a little list of things like brakes, hvac, etc and asked if I had any problems in those areas.

I never got a survey either when I brought my truck. I have got couple over the phone surveys a couple times when I brought it in to have work done to it, but that was it! I think there scared to give me a survey.
