Interior light comes on from the factory, but no exterior lights... Except maybe the Nav's running boards lights, but I don't know...

 

This would actually be pretty easy to accomplish RockPick. All you need to do is pull out the headlamp switch, and connect a lead to the wire that powers the relay for the headlights to the dome light control. Then, whenever the dome light is on, the headlights will be on.

Just be careful, as this is not idiot proof at all like the GM version, so if you leave the dome light on, your headlamps will stay on. Xenarcs look awesome lit up, but it will kill the battery in a hurry.
