Had to find the posts, the signal mirror with the signal in the cover is part of the glamor cap.
[edit] Found the post on How to replace with the bulb numbers and everything, but it was listed under the EXPY section ( should be the same )

I could not find my post on glamor cap removal, but here is someone else's post on the topic.

Here is Larry's thread when he retro fitted stock mirror heads to the glamor cap style, and he said they are part of the glamor cap, so once removed, you can test the wire to see if power is there, or replace the blub.

I want to say I read a thread on the bulb type, but I can't find it right now. Maybe Sylvania's web site has it listed in the application guide online ?
A 6" long 3/16" straight blade screw drive is what I used to release the plastic clips on the glamor cap when replacing them.
Post back what you find out for the next member.
Good luck
