Looking for the on board “Speed Sensor” wire...

Looking for the on board “Speed Sensor” wire.

I’m installing a SCS cruise control.

SCS says I can fine it at convenient location in the engine compartment, at the ECM or at the transmission.

Can any help me locate it?

Thanks.

Found the speed sensor

Found the speed sensor wire. It was on the factory cruise ten pin connector fasten to the ECM with a dusk cover on it. Pin 3 had the gray wire with a black stripe that allowed me to complete the cruise control installation.
I like this SCS cruise control.

What is SCS cruise control?
Did you have stock cruise control or add a new cruise control unit?
