I don't have remote keyless or power door locks in my 2001 F150. I would like to install an actuator in the passenger door that is controlled by the mechanism in the driver door. So when I lock or unlock my driver door (using button or keylock) it will do the same on passenger side.

Does anyone have any idea if they have seen a similar installation, I'm mostly concerned about the electrical connections to provide a polarized 12V (+/- one way, -/+ other way) to the actuator. I just have the actuator right now but I have acces to any electronics components.
