What could these wires be for?

I made a post on this over at fordf150.net and I was wondering if anyone knows what these wires are.

Here is the post:

If you scroll down a few messages I have posted some pictures of them.

Since I see the first one has red and green wires and the second has the same two, plus 2 more I would say that there is a high probability they could be the same ends on the red & green wires. To find out for sure you could use a piece of scrap wire from one to attach a multi meter and test for continuty between the 2 ends. It is likely for a feature that was not installed on your truck. As long as everything is working I would leave them alone.

The one under the steering colum looks like the connector for the brake controller.

The other plug at the fuse box may be a test connector or a plug for another option, like in an expy. I have that plug in my truck.

I am not at all worried about the wires. I am just wondering what kind of stuff I could use them for. Like what kind of options I could put in my truck. Any suggestions?
