I've used the search for airbag codes but did not find anything that related to my particular airbag code so I'm here asking all the regulars for help.
My airbag indicator flashes 4 times and then repeats. My horn horn works fine as does my cruise. BTW, it's a 95 extended XLT 4x4.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Are you sure it's not a code 44? Where is the seperator interval?
Code 44 is right hand primary crash sensor not mounted properly.

The sensor is in the area of the right front of the radiator.
Your truck is a 95 so it's time there could be corrosion problems.

On a 1999 f-150 the code refers to the light that indicates that the airbag has been shut off on the passengers side. If the light burns out you must replace the entire "key" unit. cost about $175.
