Question Ignition switch..93 F150????

I pulled the ignition tumbler out thinking it was what had let go and was the reason I could not shut the engine off from the ignition switch!

As I pulled the plastic column covers off I could see that as you turn the key, the tumbler pushes and pulls a plastic rod up and down the column which connects an electrical switch with multi pin wiring harness.

I believe it is the switch that has broken. I've looked on line for that switch but have come up empty handed.

Does anyone know more about how to repair this, or any info?

I am able to start the engine from the ignition switch but cannot shut it off!

You'll have to go to a dealer for that switch, they're cheap. You should make sure the connector isn't distorted/burned while you are there and pick that up too if you need it.

Thanks for your reply... I was able to identify all the ignition parts including ignition cylinder, actuator upper and lower, and ignition switch.

I ordered on-line from https://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/dbpage the ignition cylinder and ignition switch. I didn't see that they had the actuators but will see if I need them once I get everything apart.
