Arrow head lights

hey guys is there a way to keep your fog lights on when u turn your high beams on would like to know and is there a good white light out there for the head light and the fog light looking for info please

Here is a thread I did for another member, to do the mod without bending the ground pin around the relay base ( this method is noted at the end of the thread ).

Sylvania's web site lists :
H13ST Silverstar High Performance Lighting: The Whiter and Brighter Halogen
H13XV XtraVision Halogen Upgrade: Up to 20% Brighter
Thing is, try to find the H13ST bulb they list. I have yet to be able to find one for sale anywhere.
