Looking to see the interest in a true H13/9008 Bi-Xenon kit, just got back from a business trip overseas and found a true bi-xenon kit for all h13 setups, these kits contain 4 ballasts which would ignite the lo, and hi beams. these are not the type that have a halagen hi beam. let me know.
