Programming keypad

I dont know where to ask this so i just put it here. I bought a used 04 super cab and dont know what the keypad code is. Dealership wants to charge $35 to reprogram it. Anyway i can do it?

The code is on the security module under the dash. Different places on different models. Don't know if that helps. Should be a 5 digit code.

i looked for the code/module but couldnt find it. I have an 04 fx4, new body.

The BSM is no longer under the dash on the 04+ MYs, that was the '99 to '03 ( and '04 L and Heritage models ).

For the SuperCab it is behind the rear seat.

See the home Album picture, to the right of the rear power slider motor on the back wall. That is the BSM, with the white sticker on it.

thanks scully, to bad you can just fold the seat down. seems like a lot of work. the stealership said they'd hook a thing up to it and reprogram it for $35.
