Headlights and taillights come on by themselves

I have a 2002 F150. Last week, the headlights started coming on by themself. I was able to shut the lights off by moving the switch back and forth. Since then, the lights have been coming on by themselves regularly. Sometimes after five minutes, sometimes after 2 hours. I can get them to go off by moving the switch back and forth, but inevitably, they come on again.

I've seen several posting by people having the same problem, but haven't seen anyone with any solutions to the problem. What I've seen posted is problems related to moisture and towing. Just before the problem started, I towed something AND by chance, left the window open during a sudden thunderstorm.... Go figure.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Do a few searches for rain leaking thru the windshield onto the LCM & fuse block.
