Question License Plate LED Bolts: Wiring??

I bought a pair of LED Bolt Lights used for lighting licence plates because I am getting a roll pan for my truck and need lighting. I do not know how to wire them. All it is is the bolt then a red and a black wire. How would I wire these? HELP!!!

cut the wires from your old license plate light, then if they are color coded one should be black, attach black to black, and the other color to the red, unless you are keeping that then in that case just tap into those wires

if they are not color coded then just attach them either way but one way should be brighter

There are moisture resistant splices available...
