Turn Signal Indicators in Cluster

I have a 96 F250PSD and like my other Fords, I dislike what those stupid configuration engineers have done when they built the instrument cluster.

They put the indicators all the way out at the sides of the cluster so when you use your turn signals, the indicators come on but they are hidden behind the steering wheel and your hands. Additionally, the "clicker" sounder is so lame and your stereo is loud enough that you sometimes don't notice you're driving down the road with your turn signal on.

I am looking for a SUPER BRIGHT green LED that will simply replace those 'twist-in' lamps in the cluster so they get my attention. Does anyone know of one ?

And I want to replace the clicker so I can hear it over all the road noise/stereo/my wife's yammering....

BTW, her yammering is why I took the muffler off and put dual 5 inch stacks on my truck. And people wonder why I like my LOUD diesel truck....
