How about you just get the LFC and look up what is wrong ?

Do you also have an ABS fault, or just the SRS fault ( thread title is ABS, but no mention of it in the post ).

Next time you get a LFC, count the flashes ( would in a 2 digit format ) to get the problem.

Got me if that is a good deal, considering you don't need it right now why bother ?

You can always have Autozone scan the ( powertrain ) codes. Don't know if that one does body codes or ABS codes, or just eh same powertrain codes that you can get for free from Autozone.

its considered a body fault and a scanner is needed to pull the codes, not a simple OBDII code reader like they have at autozone.

Light Flash Code ( LFC ), save you the search

The only time you need a scanner that can do B codes is with the continuous illumination or if you cannot figure out for the dual symptom codes.
