Question

Why would you want to do that?
I think it is a nice feature.

They can be a PITA in certain situations - especially when you do a lot of short trips - like doing windshield reconissance of an area with periodic stops to check things out in greater detail. Trust me - they really get to be a pain.

I deactivated mine first thing... they are a pain in the butt, a lot. (IMHO, anyways)

Directions are in the manual.

It would be nice if one of the programing options would be to unlock when I put the shift lever back into park or when the ignition is turned to off. Shouldn't be a big thing for Ford to add this to the software for the door lock microcontroller.

fourhour,
well if I forget to unlock the other doors I'll be reminded the next time I try to open the passenger door from the outside. Just a personal desire.

Hey ScrewBigRed, Why do you want them to unlock at those times? The doors will open from the inside without unlocking them! ennis
