Question install factory Cruise control

I have a 99 XL that I really want the factory set up for the cruise control. I have done a little research on this. Question I have, the plug for the cruise servo is next to the power dis. box (under hood). The pig tail for the break pressure switch is there i just got to get a new master cyl. with the switch to plug it in, next does anyone know if the steering colume has the wiring all ready wired for the cruise control buttons. I know for a fact that all newer crownvic, have all wiring in them you just have to buy the servo and the new steering wheel and it works. I hope that the 99 f150 is the same. Seems to me that if they wired the pressure switch and the servo plug for cruise , they have the cruise wires in the sterring colum? And is there anything else i need to know about. Anything that I am missing.
Thanks very much, this site is great.
ps. I just joined back up, lost my last 99 f150 to a new house and wedding/marrige, but i have another one to play with now (still have the wife and house too)
