I know one thing. I'm a 53 year old fart and I took the advice of the young bucks on this site and installed a Magnaflow 15609 and Airforce One in my '01 screw with a 5.4. It isn't quite as loud as the Harleys I rode but it ain't too quiet either. Real mellow rumble and picked up noticeable torque and HP. I have an urge to punch it at every light and to kick some a** if they don't like it. Guess I need to ask if I can use my AARP card for a discount on some Rancho 9000s. Later.

I'm taking my old stock muffler to the dump later this week. No more sounding like a station wagon for my truck. I got a Gibson Super Truck with side exhaust. I love it when someone on my right wants to give me a go, heh and I punch it and give 'em an ear full.

Check out their BigBlockII 70 series truck muffler, not too intrusive on the inside, but nice tone outside. Similar to the Gibson.

I have the cat back Delta 50 series Flow and can't complain. I have a sound system, so I want to be able to hear the music as well as the exhaust. It's a good combination. they are quiet when you need them to be and loud when you want them to be. I've heard many great things about Bassani, Gibson, Magnaflow, Borla, and so on... shop around.
