Post weight of headers

I'm looking to reduce the weight of my trucks front end, and I already have plans on replacing the hood with a fiberglass one, and to also replace my radiator with an alluminum one from C & R Racing.

But someone had also told me about reducing the weight of my exhaust manifold by replacing the cast iron with other material. I've only seen steel headers. Are there such things as alluminum ones?

Also, does anyone know how much the stock exhaust manifold weighs on a 1999 4.6L engine? Weight of aftermarket headers?

thanks

Have you ever considered relocating your battery to another location. This is at least 40lbs. that you could shift to wherever you wanted.

I do plan on relocating it once I get a tonneau cover on my truck. I also want to secure the battery in a plastic box sold by Summit Racing. What I would like to achieve is to bring the weight of my truck from 4100 lbs to around 3500.
