Today I visited a local midas shop (Newnan Georgia) and the guy quoted me $349.00 plus tax for the following items:

2 Tips (3" slashed)

He said he had the muffler in stock, but would have to order the other items and asked me to come in sometime next week to work out the specifics. Is this a good price?

africanhut: I read in your post that you paid just over $300 for virtually the same set-up I want. Is my quote comparable to yours?

I called a Midas shop in Marietta today and he said he has installed the 33's on a GM truck. One in and two out with the pipes going out the back with 24in tips for $325.

 

What's up guys? It's good to see some fellow Georgians on the board. Especially since Uncle Sam has me all the way out here in SoCal! The prices you guys posted sound pretty good for duals. I paid $277 for my Z-55 3" single out the side setup. Midas has a great product line on their hands with the Ravin's. I'm interested to see how some of the other members like their systems. They've been getting alot of attention the last couple weeks. Keep us posted and welcome to the board.

Sounds like a good price to me. Make sure you get the 24" stainless chromed tips since so much of the pipe shows when going out the back. I have the Chevy guys in my rearview mirror a lot of the time now. Just waiting on Mike to get the program for my truck done.

You won't be disappointed if you want a nice, rich, deep, powerful sound.
