Post 300 exhuast recomendations

i have a 300 i6 and i like the lowend torque but i want it to be louder. what should i do? Also do they make a tranny with the grany first and a overdrive and not just the four speed?

For the exhaust on a 300, Clifford Performance recommends a 2.5" cat-back, (a 3" will kill low-end torque.) I'm leaning towards a Flowmaster Delta 50 because I don't want noise. If you want it loud go for the FM 30, if you want it real loud try the FM 40.

The best tranny you're likely to find is the ZF. It has a granny 1st an OD 5th and is damned near unbreakable. Used in late model F-250/F-350. Count on spending a lot, even at the boneyard. They're in big demand from people who've trashed their Mazda trannies.
