I had a couple of 14315 ss mufflers and a 10790 x pipe installed sat morning. I have 4 inch tips exiting before the rear tire. I had 2.25 inch pipe ran on my system. I did lose a little low end torque with this setup, but the sound is sooooo great. It sounds fairly quiet and very very deep. Almost as deep as a big block. I pulled the boat with it and there is no drone as with other muffs but it pulled great. The faster i drive the more power is there. It gets up to 90mph really fast now. THe top end has tremendously improved. I have got the perfect sound and great power.

For my next mod the Air Force One. Maybe with this mod i will gain a little on the low end.

Cant get over the sound though, its GREATTTT!

 

I have an update on my gas mileage. Previously to my exhaust i was getting about 15.5 pretty steady. Now i have ran three full tanks thru it. My first tank pulled the boat about 125 miles, on 300 miles of travel with about 16.9. My next tank i just drove empty for about 325 miles at 17.2. My last tank i pulled the boat about 35 miles out of 351 miles at 17.5 mpg. So my mileage has definetely improved. Just thought someone may be curious.

 

Thats great, I probably have a very similar setup, except I have hiflow cats. I picked up a tremendous amount off top end, and I gained a decent amount of low end. When I used ot get blown away by my friend from 65+, I mean he would pull on me like I wasnt moving, now I can hang dead even, well I can beat him, but that was after a few mods. Mine sounds exactly the same, I hop you enjoy it as much as I do.

 

You lost low end torque? First time I heard that from a magnaflow setup
