Post Open Exhaust Question

I want to order some exhaust cut-outs for my truck, but I'm not sure what size the exhaust pipes are. They are the stock pipes where I am going to put the cut-outs. I found the from JC Whitney for $16 each, and it has a 5-foot control cable that is mounted in the dash so I can open and close it whenever I want to. Is there somewhere on the truck where this info is? Or does anybody know? Any info is appreciated.

Thanx

Cool

The system is 2.5"; those things are notorious for the valve leaking after some time. Have you seen the Flowtech Warlock muffler? It has caps that you remove manually. Muffler shops can also weld in a pipe that Y-s off with a bolt on cap w/gasket. Just FYI; good luck !!

This is an old post, I know. But this guy seems to have been thinking the same as me. And looks like we have some critics against the idea.
