Post Flowmaster Exhaust Installed!

Yeeeaaahhh! I just got my Flowmaster 40 Series Si/So (stock locatiom) installed w/ 3" pipe and a 3 1/2" chrome tip. The this looks sweet and sounds even sweeter! I didn't want a huge amount of cab resonance (but drowning the girlfriend out sometimes would be nice)... but I took my chances and went w/ the 40. Its sound perfect inside. Barely notice it but when I had my friend drive it down the street... Daaamn.... awesome tone. I got it done at Orange County Muffler in Newport Beach.... I paid a little more ($275) but they did a damn good job. Very clean and professional.

Beachcruiser,

Did you decide against installing the Y-Pipe?

Also, do you have the name of the person that helped you at OC Muffler? I ordered the Y and need to get it installed. I'm in Costa Mesa.

Thanks,
Kevin

I didn't go w/ the Y-Pipe... I'm not voiding any warranties on my truck.. especially after only having it a few weeks. I have noticed NO low end loss and am perfectly happy w/ my Flowmaster. I forgot the guys name at OC Muffler... but its located on Old Newport Blvd... tell them Brian with the Black F-150 referred you and he might give you a deal.. but don't hold me to it.
