cutting all cat. converters off?

cutting all cat. converters off?

i had a flowmaster on my 2000 f150 and had it cut off and a y-pipe put in its place. i want it louder now. i have a friend who done the same but had only 2 catalyic converters cut off with no problem. will cutting off all mine mess with any computer sensors or anything? thanx

Yup, you have to either use a jumper of find an alternative way to have the 02 sensors send info to the computer. I think that most people who do this run one high flow cat on each side and then jumper the second O2 sensor.

I think that high-flow cats usually replace the two with one, I am not sure on this, but it's what I am led to believe.
