Has anyone ever heard of having to remove the spare tire with the Gibson Dual 2 1/2 in. Sport Truck Exit Stainless Steel Cat Back Exhaust System? I read on the site http://www.truckperformance.com/prod...oductID=454844 that you had to with the F150 SCrew 4x4. Does anyone have this system or anyone heard of this being true? Any knowledge on this would really help my decision.

I have the swept side and have a 33" for a spare. it fits, but the tire is about an inch from your tailpipe.

 

Yes, that is true with either the split duals or the extreme duals on the 4x4 (I think it's the extreme duals.)

 

Gibson dual out rear with 17" spare do not mix.
