this is my first post on here. I just found this board and it looks like a great site. I have a 2002 FX4 F-150 and want to get eveyones advise on an intake or an exhaust. What have people on here been getting better results with?

Check out ebay when shopping, there are always good deals on there for exhausts and intakes.

I'm here too to get exhaust advice.

If ya ask me custom is the only way to go. True duals.

A lot of people have the Magnaflow 15786 (i think thats the #, someone will corect me) and it seems to get praised a lot.
Its a SI/DO and you can get it in stainless steal(big plus it you live where it rains and snows alot) I've seen it advertised for around 400 bucks if I remember right.

Custom true duals is about 200-250 bucks

 

I have an 02 FX4, and basically what I am running is just a drop in K&N filter for my intake and the guy who owned the truck before me had the muffler removed and duals ran out the back end. Great sound, but not to loud. Doesn't drone and I haven't had any complaints about it yet.
