I'm new, and have a question. I have recently discovered a leak on my 01 Supercrew's passenger side exhaust manifold. A buddy says this is common and I should switch to headers to avoid the problem in the future. Is he correct? Any help I can get would be great!

 

Welcome ! The factory exhaust manifold and steel gasket is not prone to leaking more than a header. Either would need to be in good condition and have quality gaskets and fasteners.
