spintech exhuast

well, i finally got the exhaust setup i have been dying to get. all these hurricanes in florida have delayed the progress on my truck. anyway I went with a dual in/dual out muffler form spintech. it is basically two welded together. i am the first one in my town to get this setup. my exhaust guy has been trying to get someone to try it and i took the bait. less than $300 for the whole setup with a lifetime no rust, no prob warranty. you cant beat that. anyway, my truck sound sweat. i egt asked everyday what kind of exhaust i have. i love it. oh and i didnt lose any low end torque with this dual setup. i can actually feel a "slight" improvement.

I'm not doing a catback. I have all the gear and everything I need, except the muffler, to do it myself. There are 4 mufflers I am looking at and am still undecided about. There is the truck/rv (8334), Sport Truck SUV (5334), Sportsman Street (3334), and the Sportsman street XL (3334XL). I just need to decide.

I had a Spintech on my 2002 Trans Am and LOVED how it sounded. That was also with Long Tube headers and No cats. I know I'm not going to get the same sound out of the truck, but I want something that makes the truck sound aggressive and I am definitely partial to the Spintech Mufflers. So if you could find out which muffler he used and post that clip. I would greatly appreciate it.

i might guess that its the pro street mufflers. thats what i got on mine, true dual set up with pro street spintech mufflers. this thing at wot is incredibly loud, considering the 4 cats on the truck. next week i plan on putting on hi flows, but spintech freaking rules, i wouldn't buy anything else, get the pro street muffler, u won't sound like anybody around.

Do you think a front exit side exhaust with Spintechs would sound good and loud? I could care less about a drone or anything. I want the lighting setup, single 3" IN dual 2.5" OUT???

Thanks!

I just took the magnapacks that were in the stang and had them welded into the truck. does anyone know where I can find an O/R pipe for the 4.2?

That's exactly why I went with a Spintech on my TA. I love the way Spintech sounds.
