I read an article on it. Its a Cat-Back system. I the magazine was putting together a Chevy Sport turck of somesort (hey, I got a 66 C/10 Pickup, and soon to be mated with a 396 made in the late 60s). Anyways, they had the K&N intake system on it, and were talking about letting the engine breathe better, and in order for it to do that, it needs to inhale, and exhale, and they plugged K&N as the company to go with. Blah Blah Blah.
They installed the exhaust system and thought at first it was gonna be loud, and not muffle too much. They were surprized to note that at cruising, the noise was the same, except at WOT, and it turned into a nice growl (their words). Take it for what its worth.
I have not installed it, just read an article.
