Question Ravin Z55 vs. Gibson Swept side? K&N II vs AF1 FIPK?

I want to install a FIPK and exhaust. I'm looking for more acceleration and better gas mileage; the sound doesn't really matter since it has zero right now. (Not loud though, my stereo is more important.)

Airforce1 vs. K&N Gen II.?
Ravin Z55/33 SI/SI vs Gibson SS?
TIA, any performance opinions appreciated.

Short and sweet,

I have the Airaid and Gibson Swept Side, and Superchip. Love them all!!

Do searches on my ridiculouly long posts about the MPG and power gains I've seen. Mostly in Computer Chips and the 2 Exhaust forums.

Well Femseadoo,

I have the Z33 with AF1 and Superchip now,
and it sounds nice, not too loud at all..
And performance has been fantastic, MPG has
been slightly improved, don't ask me how much
because I only go by eye/feel. I'm not
one to whip out my calc and start adding things up. All I know is that yes it's all Good!

Cheers!

Just installed the Air Force 1 on my truck and have gotten a noticable performance increase and the exhaust sound is vastly improved (more bass and muchless "airy" sounding). Installation was a piece of cake too. Too soon to see if it has helped MPG though.

Just installed the Gibson Swept Side and K&N FIPK today. Installation was a snap, instructions were good. Love the sound (not loud) and seat of the pant's feel. Went with this combo from past satisfaction with both company's products (the CARB exempts were a factor too). I don't hesitate to recommend this combo to anyone looking for a boost in performance and a nice mellow sound. I am completely satisfied with my purchases and the performance gained. I don't really expect to see any gain in MPG's as I'll probably drive it a tad more aggressively now negating any benefit I may have gained.
