I am putting a SI/DO Flowmaster Super 40 on my truck and am shopping for some tips....i plan run them out each diagnal out the corners in the back....i am looking at some 4"x18" stainless steel...does anyone have any pictures of 4" tips?? Will a larger tip make the sound outside louder or quieter??

The length and diameter of the tips you choose will affect the sound much like the way the tuba sounds different from a trumpet or clarinet. In my experience larger tips sound deeper and lower while smaller tips sound sharper in tone.

The Magnaflow tips do look great, but they are pricey. The place that just installed my Magnaflow duals wanted to charge me $50-$75 extra depending on the tip.
